a) Tag – question:
Lan: You like watching TV, don’t you?
Nam: Yes, I do.
Lan: You don’t like go swimming, do you?
Nam: No, I don’t.

* Form: +) Affirmmative statement, negative tag – question?
 +) Negative statement, affirmmative tag – question?
Use: to check information or get agreement from the other.
Meaning: Vietnamese.
* Concept check:
+) I am – tag- question : aren’t I?
+) Can, could, may , might , be:use these verb in tag question.
+) nobody, somebody, everybody, noone: use “they” in tag question.
+) never , no, nobody, hardly, little, scarely....: use affirmmative tag- question.
+) nothing : it
* Intonation: 
b) Gerund:
T: Do you like playing soccer?
S1: Yes, I do.
T: Do you enjoy fishing?
S1: No, I don’t. 
* Revision of gerunds after some verbs.
* Form: Like / love / enjoy / dislike / hate .....+ V(ing).
Teacher can remind some other verbs:
mind / finish / suggest / consider / deny / keep on / miss / can’t help / practice.....
II/ Practice: Work in pair.
1. Tag- question:
a) You like reading magazine, ...........?
 Yes, I do.
b) You don’t like watching TV, ...........?
 No, I don’t.
c) She likes film,................?
 No, she doesn’t.
d) He can’t sing,.................?
 No, he can’t.
e) Is he a student, .......................?
 Yes, he is.
f) They didn’t enjoy playing chess, ...............?
 No, they didn’t.
2. Gerunds:
- Get Ss to do exercise 3 on page 46.
- Have Ss ask and answer questions about each item in the box.
- T. makes a model:
 a) soccer
- Do you like playing soccer?
 Yes , I do.
III/ Production:
- SS work in pairs ask and answer about TV programs these people like or dislike.
* Example:
 S1: Tuan likes news, doesn’t he?
 S2: Yes, he does.
IV/ Homework:
Learn by heart vocabulary.
Re do all the exercises in text book.
Do the exercises in work book.
