I. Objectives.

* Warm up.
(+) A1 - Name the places.
- Ask Ss to look at these pictures on page 79 and give the name of these places in English.
- Ask Ss to work in groups.
- Call on some Ss from the groups to give their answers.
- Correct their mistakes if necessary.
* Pre-listening.
- Set the scene: “You will hear a conversation between a foreigner and Nga. You listen and answer the question “Where does the foreigner want to go?”
- Ask Ss to look at the picture on page 80 and ask them answer some questions:
+ Who are they?
+ Where are they?
+ What does the tourist want?
- Introduce some new phrase words:
. Asking and answer the way:
+ Could you tell/ show me how to get to.?
 Go straight ahead: đi thẳng
 On the right: ở bên phải
 On the left: ở bên trái
 Opposite: đối diện 
- Ask Ss to make some examples.
- Correct their mistakes.
* While-listening.
. Use the tape and cassette.
- Play the tape twice, then ask Ss to listen to the tape.
- Call some pairs to practice the dialogue in front of the class.
- Ask Ss to work in pairs: Ask and answer the questions on page 73.
- Call some pairs to practice in front of the class.
- Correct their mistakes if necessary.
