GREETINGS AROUND THE WORLD
Ghana
If you are a guest, when arriving at or leaving the house, you should greet all people present, even children and babies. Usually you should shake their hands. 
UK
Simply say ‘hello’ when you meet a friend. If you meet someone for the first time, you can shake hands. In informal situations, you can give your friends a peck on cheek.
Japan
Bowing to someone is the common greeting. When bowing, you express your appreciation and respect to the other person. The longer and deeper the bow, the more respect you are showing.
Tibet
When people meet in tibet, they poke out their tounge to greet each other. It is the customary way to welcome people.
