1) Pre - teach vocabulary:
- Complain (v):	phàn nàn	(trans)
- complant (n):	điều phàn nàn
complication(n):	điều gây rắc rối.
- resolution (n):	sự quyết tâm, giải pháp	( trans)
- float (v):	trôi, nỗi bồng bềnh	(picture)
- prohibit (adj)	ngăn cản, ngăn chặn	trans)
	* Checking:	what and where
2. Ordering:
- Ask ss to put the sections in the correct order
a. Action: talk about future action
b. Situation: states the reasion for writing.
c. Politeness: ends the letter politely
d. Complication: mention to the problem.
e. Resolution: make suggestion

- Have Ss read th letter on page 52 and lable each section with the appropriate letter : S , C, R, A or P

II/ While - writing:
- Ask ss questions to make sure they know what they have to write.
- Have Ss write the letter individually.
* Suggestion letter:
I’m writing to you about the catching fish in the lake behind my house.
I’m very worried because they use electricity to catch fish.
After a short time , a lot of small fish have died and floated on the surface of the water. Other animal such as: frogs, toads and even birds have also died from electric shock waves.
I would suggest that the local authorities should prohibit and fine heavily anyone using this way of catching fish.
