B/ Content: T- shirt *Warm up: Brainstorm pants Clothing skirt I.Pre- listening. 1.Pre- teach vocabulary. - anouncement (n): thông báo (translation) - missing (v) : thất lạc (synonym) = lost - entrance (n) : lối vào (synonym) = gate, door - fair (n) : hội chợ (explanation) - doll (n) : búp bê (realia) - Checking: what and where 2.Prediction: - You will hear an anouncement about a lost little girlcalled Mary. - Have Ss look at the pictures on page16 and guess what is she look like, What she is wearing? - Questions: 1.How old is she? 2.What is she like? 3.what is she wearing? -Ss guess the answers. II.While- listening: - Ss listen to the tape and answer the questions. 1. How old is she? 2.Where was she last seen? 3.What is she like? * Answer keys: 1.She is three. 2.She was last seen near the main entrance to the car fair. 3.She has short dark hair. - Ask Ss to listen again to check the letter of correct picture to show what Mary is wearing. * Answer key: a)B: She is wearing blue shorts. b)A: She is wearing a long- sleeved blouse. c)C: She is wearing brown shoes. III.Post- listening. - Ask Ss to describe a friend of theirs, answering the questions. - How old is she/ he? - What is she/ he like? - What type of clothing does she / he wearing? - What is he / she wearing today? * Example exchange: Hoa is 13. She is quite tall and has o long black hair. She is usually wear a blue sleeved blouse and a long pants. Today she is wearing a red hat. IV.Homework: - Learn by heart vocabulary. - Do exercise 3,4,5 in work book. - Prepare for “ reading” lesson.
