P 1: - Who is this? - Where is she? - What is she doing? P2: - How is the dog? P3: - What’s on Tv? - What does Lan’s mother say? P4: - What are they doing? P5: - What’s the weather like? P6: - What’s the weather like now? - How are they now? II/ While -writing: Give Ss the cues so that they can write. 1. It / beautiful day. - Lan / out side / play/ her dog / Skippy. 2. All of a sudden / dog / behave strangely. - It / run / around / in circles. 3. Lan / run / home / dog / tell / mother / what Skippy / do. - Lan’s mother / tell Lan / there / be / typhoon coming. 4. Mis Quyen / tell /family / find / shelter / in the home. 5. Suddenly / sky / become/ dark. - There / be / strong wind / heavy rain. 6. But soon / storm / finish. - Everyone / happy. - What / clever/ dog.She / save / Lan / typhoon. * Suggestion: It was a beautiful day.Lan was outside playing with her dog, Skippy. All of a sudden, The dog began behaving strangely. It ran aroun in circles. Lan ran home with her dog to tell her mother what Skippy was doing. Lan’s mother told Lan that there was a typhoon coming. Mrs Quyen told her family to find shelters in the home. Suddenly the sky became very dark. There was strong wind and heavy rain. But soon the storm finished and everyone was happy.What a clever dog. She saved LAn from the typhoon. III/ Post- writing: - Get Ss to share and compare their writing with their partners. - Asks some Ss to read out loud their writing. - Collect some paper and correwct the mistakes. - Give feedback.
