Role play.
_ Have Ss look at the questions in exercise a) on page 24 , work in pairs .
_ Play the role A and B, ask and answer about your partner’s home village, using the information in the box.
_ Tell Ss to cover the role that they don’t play.
A:
- To the south of the city.
- 30 kilometers from the city.
- by bus
- one hour
- plant rice and vegetables
- a river through the village.
B: 
- to teh west of the city.
- 15 kilometers from the city.

B: It takes 15 minutes.
A: What do people do for a living in your village?
B: They plant rice and raise catlle.
A: Does your village have a river?
B: There aren’t any rivers, but there is a big lake.

a)- Ask Ss to remind the prepositon of time :
* On : day / date
eg: 	On Monday / Tuesday
	On February 20th 
* At : a point of time
 	 	 At 11 p.m / at night / at midnight
* In :	 month / year / part of the day / season
 	 In March / 1990 / the morning / the summer
b) Adverb clause of result: So : do đó , vì vậy
Adverb clause of result begin with “so”.
Example: Everyone felt tired , so they sat down under the tree and had a snack.
* Form: Clause 1 + So + Clause 2
* Use: To express the result of the statement before.
* Meaning:
