I. Objective:
- By the end of the lesson students will be able to discuss on new topic about famous places in Asia, present the places where they come

- Vocabulary: fly, stay overnight, cultural show, ancient monuments, ..
2. Language skill.

II. Teaaching aids.
1. Teacher: Text book, extra-board, worksheet.
2. Students: Note book, pen, ruler.

* Question: Write and read the names of the countries and their capitals.
* Answer: the names of the countries and their capitals.

3.1. Activity 1. Listening
* Pre - listening
- Asks students to look at the book answer some questions.
+ What is it?
+ Why do you know?
+ Can you guess what the letter about?
- Introduces the topic of reading. Then ask them to answer some questions:
+ How many vacations do you have a year? What are they?
+ What do you do in your vacations?
+ What do you think about students in America? How many vacations do they have? and what are they?
* While - listening
- Asks students to read the text and compare with their predictions.
- Introduces some new words
Chrismas(n): translate

- Asks students to read the text individually. Then asks them to answer the questions in groups of four. 
- 
* Post - listening
- Gives some activities which Nam takes part in after school (worksheets), asks students to work in groups of four: use adverbs of frequency to write for these 
- Has some representatives give their answer in front of the class.
- Checks up and gives the suggestions
3.2. Activity 2. Reading
- Look at the text A2/ p.73 and answer some questions
- Listen to
- Answer the questions.
- Predictions.
- Read the text and compare with their prediction.
- Read new words in chorus
- Read individually
- Write down.
- Work in groups of four: 
- Some groups give their answer in front of the class.
* Suggestions:
Nam never goes to cafeteria
He usually goes to the library.
He seldom practices the guitar after school.
He often helps his Mom
Nam always does his homwork after school
Nam sometimes visits his grandmother.
4. Drill
- Teacher asks students to give their common on the place of adverbs of frequency.
- Students answer may be: place in front of the normal verbs, after “to be” in each sentences
5. Homework
- Write the activities after school for themselves.
- Prepare for the next lesson.
