I. Objectives.
 - By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to learn about the importance of the food with people's healthy lifestyle and know how a balanced diet.
1. Language focus:
 - New words: unhealthy food, body-building food, moderate amounts, energy, dairy products, cereals, healthy lifestyle.
2. Language skills:
 - Listening.
 - Reading.
 - Communicate.

Teacher: - Text book, teacher's book, lesson plan, tape and cassette.

* Warm up.
. Play game:
- Set the scene: “You are taking part in a recipe-writing competition for rice cooking. You now work in group, using the verbs and structures you have learned, write the steps for rice cooking. In 5-10 minutes, which group complete the recipe most quickly, will be the winner.”
- Call each group to give their answer.
- Correct and give keys.
* Presentation .
(+) Chatting:
- Ask Ss to answer some questions:
1. Where is Ba?
2. Can you guess what's wrong with him?
3. You now tell me what causes stomachache?
4. Why did Ba have a stomachache?
(+) Pre-teach structures.
+ It must be  Chắc hẳn là.
+ It is/ was probably .. Chắc có thể là.
Eg: It must be something you ate.
 It was probably the spinach.
+ make sb + adj/ do sth: làm cho ai đó thế nào, bắt ai làm gì.
Eg: That dirt can make you sick.
 This medicine will make you feel better.
+ Have an awful headache: bị đau bụng kinh khủng.
+ Wash sth well/ carefully: rửa cái gì sạch, kĩ.
+ dirt (n), dirty (adj): bụi bẩn, đất bẩn
- Ask Ss to copy, repeat, learn them by heart at home.
* Practice.
. Use tape and cassette.
- Play the tape twice times, ask Ss to listen to the tape.
- Call some pairs to practice the dialogue in front of the class.
- Correct their pronunciation.
- Ask Ss to work in pairs to complete the story.
- Call some Ss to give their answer in front of the class.
- Correct their mistakes and give keys.
Students' activities
. Work in groups of 4.
. Answers:
First, you put water in a pot and boil it.
Then put the rice in and stir.
Next let it boil for 5 minutes.
And leave on the store for 15 minutes.
Finally serve it.
