I. Objectives.
 - By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to know the theme healthy through the words, and the structures: check-up, medical records, take one's temprature, measure, scales.. and Would you + V.?

- Set the scene: “In the last periods, we learned about personal hygiene, teeth protection. In the following lessons, we will continue discussing topic on health: medical check-up and common diseases.”
- Ask Ss to answer some questions:

2. Where are they?
3. What do you think they are doing?
- Give some phrase words:
A medical check-up: buổi khám sức khoẻ
Medical records: phiếu khám sức khoẻ
Fill in the medical records: điền vào phiếu khám sức khoẻ
To measure: đo chiều cao
To weigh: cân
Scales: cái cân
Waiting room: phòng chờ

- Ask Ss to answer 2 questions:

- Set the scene: “The students of Quang Trung School is having a medical check-up. Can you guess what they will do in a check-up?”
* Practice.
. Use tape and cassette.
- Play the tape 3 times, ask Ss to listen.
- Call some pairs to practice the dialogue in front of the class.
- Correct their pronunciation.
- Set the scene: “Now look at “Now answer. Number the sentences”. Using the information given in the conversation you have practiced, you put the following sentences in the right order.”
. Use the extra-board
- Hang the extra-board on the board and ask Ss to work in groups to do the exercise.
- Call some Ss from the groups to give their answers.
- Correct their mistakes and give keys.
