(Without the book and notebook) * Answers: The Robinsons went to the aquarium. They saw sharks, dolphins, turtles and many colorful fish. These was a souvevir shop near the exit of the aquarium. Mr. Robinsons went to a food stall. Mr. and Mrs. Robinson ate fish and crab and Liz ate noodles. 3. New lesson: Teacher's activities * Warm up. . True/ False repetition drill: - Ask Ss to work in groups to write the information of The Robinson's trip, which is true and which is false. Ask the groups to find the true information and the false information. The group find more the true sentences is winner. (+) Examples: - The Robinson went to Vung Tau. - They didn't visit Tri Nguyen aquarium. - Mrs. Robinson bought a poster. - Mr. Robinson bought a cap. .. * Pre-reading. (+) Chatting: - Ask Ss to answer some questions: 1. Do you write diary? 2. What do you always write in your diary? - Set the scene: “Liz and Ba are friends. This morning they meet each other. Can you guess what they talked about. You prepare to read the Ba's diary. Ba wrote a lot of about Liz, a friend in America.” * While-reading. - Ask Ss to read the Ba's diary sillently. - Ask Ss to make these sentences true. - Call some Ss to give their answers in front of the class. - Correct their mistakes and give keys. (+) Post-listening. - Ask Ss to prepare a peace of paper, in from 5 to 10 minutes, Ss will write a paragraph diary, telling the things they did yesterday. - Call 5 Ss who finish early to read out their writing. - The Student has the best writing is winner. - Correct their mistakes if necessary.
