It is . Resources CLASSBOOK p.62 Teaching Aids: - CD track 82 & 86 Introduction aWarm up: Sing the song “The house was so untidy” from page 60 of the class book, track 82. Development aAsk the children what their favourite English stories are – try to elicit Little Red Riding Hood. aAsk the children to open their books at page 62 and look at the pictures. Ask them to tell you what they see, what the children are wearing and what they are doing. Ask the children to tell you the story of Little Red Riding hood and write the vocabulary on the board e.g. wolf, grandma, red coat, hood. aRecording 86: Ask the children to listen to the track and read and then tell you which words on the board are in the text. a Recording 86: Play the track again and ask the children some questions e.g. When was the play? Who was the wolf? Who was happy? a Recording 86: Play the recording again and the children point to a picture as they listen. aOn the board write The play was on Tuesday. Get the children to tell you if the sentence is correct. Get a child to correct the sentence. The children do exercise 3. aAsk the children to check their answers with their partner.
