-căn cứ vào chỉ đạo bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi của phũng GD Hiệp Hũa.
-căn cứ vào kết quả thi HS giỏi năm trước.

IV.GIẢI PHÁP THỰC HIỆN:
1.Đối với giỏo viờn:
-khảo sỏt đội tuyển ngay từ đầu thỏng 9
-lờn kế hoạch bồi dưỡng ngay từ đầu thỏng 9,ớt nhất 1 buổi/tuần.
-Chương trỡnh và phương phỏp bồi dưỡng phải phự hợp với nhận thức của học sinh.
-đưa ra cỏc bài tập trọng tõm,cơ bản và theo chuyờn đề.Cuối buổi cho 1 bài tập tổng hợp,ụn lại kiến thức cũ.
-Tạo hứng thỳ,say mờ mụn học cho HS
-Tham khảo cỏch bồi dưỡng HSG của đồng nghiệp.
-Mỗi thỏng lấy kết quả khảo sỏt 1 lần,theo dừi sự tiến bộ của HS và điều chỉnh kịp thời.
-Tỡm tũi tài liệu hay cho học sinh.
2.Đối với HS:
-Cú PP phự hợp với y.c mụn học.
-Cú niềm đam mờ với mụn Tiếng Anh và thớch học mụn T.Anh hơn cỏc mụn học khỏc.
-Đi học bồi dưỡng đầy đủ,đều đặn.
-Tự giỏc học tập và làm BT đầy đủ theo y.c của gv.
-Đặt ra mục tiờu học tập ngay từ đầu năm học.
-Tự điều chỉnh cỏch học sau mỗi lần khảo sỏt.
-Luụn hỏi gv bồi dưỡng cõu hỏi “ tại sao ?”
