Câu 1.(1 điểm) Điền 1 giới từ thích hợp vào chỗ trống.
1. Ba gets up  6 o’clock.

Câu 2. (2 điểm)Cho dạng đúng của động từ trong ngoặc.

3. Mai (make) .a new dress for her doll now.

5. Do you prefer (take) ..part in sports?

Câu 3. Tìm lỗi sai và sửa lại cho đúng ( 1 điểm).
I prefer reading a book to watch TV.

Câu 4.(4 điểm)Đọc đoạn văn sau và làm bài tập.
Ba often eats much cake and candy so he gets a toothache. His father takes him to the dentist. Now he is sitting in Dr Lai’s surgery, he feels a little scared. Dr Lai checks his teeth. She smiles at him and says: “Don’t worry, Ba. You have three small cavities, they aren’t serious. I’ll fill them.” Then she fills the cavities in his teeth and advises him how to take care of his teeth.
